  • Guest parking in the Churn Creek Golf Course paved parking lot immediately adjacent to the venue site

  • Prior access to other areas of Churn Creek Golf course by the bridal party for photography purposes by appointment

  • Small built-in sound system for ceremonies using the Portico; including lapel and wireless mic

  • Venue Access:

    • Saturday Events: 1-hour rehearsal window (Friday afternoon before).
      9 a.m. to 11pm on event day with music off at 10 p.m.

  • 30 round guest tables (60" to comfortably seat 8); 4 (48 inch) round tables, 3 (36 inch) round, adjustable height tables, plus other miscellaneous tables.

  • 250 white, padded folding chairs – traditional wedding style

  • 10 white buffet tables (6 feet long)

  • Permanent dance floor (approximately 18’ x 18’)

  • Table and chair set-up on day prior, parking assistance, trash cans / liners / white covers/ and removal after event, break down of tables and chairs. Assistance with re-setting of ceremony area to reception set-up.
